Tom came in on time and ready to go. He has a very nice camera system and was able to show me the state of the chimneys very clearly. He took care not to make a mess, laying down drop cloths and using a filtered vacuum cleaner to clean everything up. Very professional and knows what he is doing. Showed me how to properly use the fireplace air vents and gas lighters. Very nice work.

First, I love the fact that he was on time - actually he was early (when does that ever happen)! I had scheduled a dryer vent cleaning, but was so impressed I said I would have him do a chimney sweep too. Was going to schedule that work so he could go on his way, but he said he would just do it now since it's Fireplace season. Tom, really knows what he is doing and he takes ownership of his job. I'm certainly no clean freak, but I appreciate how he made sure he cleaned everything up afterwards.Will definitely call him for future work and will definitely tell my friends the wonderful service I had.

I never saw a price list or really knew what I had agreed to, but I was grateful for the excellent service and just paid what I was told the cost was. In hindsight it may have been nice for that to have been a point of discussion at the start and end of the appointment.
